If you would like to book onsite accommodation for KYCK please visit the Accommodation Page for more details. Onsite accommodation will be sold via our registration site – this means you don’t need to call the KCC Office for accommodation bookings.*

*Online accommodation bookings must be paid for via credit card. If you require an invoice for the church or would like to pay via cheque or direct deposit you will need to call the KCC office on 1300 737 140 to book your accommodation.

KCC keeps up-to-date with any requirements and restrictions relating to COVID-19, in order to keep everyone safe. Please do your part by practising good hygiene and following guidelines from the NSW Government relating to testing and self-isolation: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19. Please stay at home (or ask group members to stay home) if appropriate. It is recommended, but not mandatory, to wear masks where appropriate social distancing with other groups is not possible.
If you are unable to attend because you are unwell, please let us know prior to the event, or as soon as you know you are unwell during the event, and we can provide you with an online ticket to the event. Please note we cannot provide online tickets if you contact us after the event has concluded. Further event terms are here: kcc.org.au/2023-terms.
KYCK Cancellation Policies
KYCK 1–3
Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All registration cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday, 3 March 2023 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
Any accommodation booking cancellations must also be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date of Friday, 3 March 2023. Please see the Accommodation page for specific refund dates.
