*Online accommodation bookings must be paid for via credit card. If you require an invoice to pay via EFT you will need to call the KCC office on 1300 737 140 to book your accommodation.
KYCK CANCELLATION POLICIES
KYCK 1–3
Cancellation Deadline:

No refund possible. Transfer to online event may be possible if request is received prior to the event start date (ie. before 12 April 2024).
Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to KCC. All registration cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date. Any ticket cancellation requests received prior to or on Friday 1 March 2024 will be provided a choice of a 50% refund issued, or a transfer to a livestream ticket for the same event. Ticket transfers to other people for in-person events can be arranged if you request this to the KCC office via email prior to the event.
Any accommodation booking cancellations must also be made in writing via email to KCC. All accommodation cancellations for KCC in-person events are non-refundable after the event cancellation cut-off date of Friday 1 March 2024. Please see the Accommodation page for specific refund dates.

All KCC livestream and online events are non-refundable due to their digital format. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any difficulties accessing the event due to your connection or other device issues.
